Try Capture2Net! It will allow you to capture your screen and upload the picture in various formats to a WebDAV server. As a nice extra, it will short the URL with TinyURL.com and copy the URL to your clipboard.
So you can send the URL in a forum, instand messages or E-Mails. And with the integrated QR Code generator you can also open your uploaded screenshots with your QR Code compatible device.
Note: Capture2Net is not complete yet and may contains bugs!
