SVN® Cleaner
This tool adds three options to the Windows Explorer Context Menu:
* Remove All .svn
* Remove All But Root .svn
* Remove Local Repo Files

The Following Directory structure will be used in all examples below. Strike out lines represents deleted directories and/or files.
SVN Cleaner (dir)

obj (dir not in repos)
Debug (dir with files)
Release (dir with files)
Properties (dir)
