We propose a solution for the confusion that students go through while selecting a number of courses out a pool of courses. We plan to build a web portal for it and implement it in the campus of our institute. We would be needing the ERP data of the institute. Based on that data we would be recommending student lets say n+2 or n+3 courses, where n is the minimum number of courses a student need to take. We will also provide the reason for recommending the course. If the ERP database is provided, we will also try to link our recommendation with faculty. Which faculty is best for the student? The student performed best in which course? etc.
So, the whole idea is to help students in selecting their courses. Our aim is to recommend the best for them.
