WS2 (read: WS-Squared) is a lightweight WebSocket application server based on the xLightweb library and the Metro web service stack. WS2 supports a fast callback model which relies on out-of-band notifications instead of cumbersome continuous polling. The project is currently in it"s early alpha stage.
