Omni Music is an application that uses a methodology to perform a symphony over the internet by using the technology of Web Services Orchestration (WSO). It is expected to use pre recorded audio samples as the symphony orchestra and symphony will be performed by invoking and coordinating them via web services in real time.
This approach will be an impact on global music industry so that a symphony can be performed in any medium without considering the limitations and physical involvement of a symphony orchestra. Offline recording of audio samples (different segments of the symphony) makes a way to generate income for individual artists and it will reduce the cost of music production in some extent.
The outcome of the project is an application that is distributed over the internet and it is having a web based interface to deal with its users. Partner services can provide different audio samples for a given symphony and it is responsibility of the application to select the most approp
