This is a collaboration project among Purdue University, NCAR and NOAA. It provides a set of web service interfaces for running Community Earth System Model (CESM) on the TeraGrid. The service interfaces support the following operations:
* case creation
* case configuration
* case submission
* status tracking
* run time information query
* data access
