This firmware provides for uplink capabilities (GCS to Aircraft) using the DIY drones
Ardupilot and Ardustation. Required equipment: V2 shield, UBLOX GPS, ~ 1ft 22 ga. wire.
1) Connect the Xbee Tx to the FTDI Rx.
2) Connect the Xbee RTS to D7.
3) Load the firmware for the GCS and AP.
4) Use X-CTU to change the airborne Xbee "D6-DIO6" to "RTS FLOW CONTROL"
5) That"s it.
Its working for me with 2 diodes and a 10K pullup between the two Tx"s (<|>).
It should work with the V2 shield.
