For now this is just working-set of project, but new members are welcome !
The concept of the project is still documenting (see links), for now sources and some downloads are available.
Project is in Russian (most of stuff), but Google-code-repository is mostly in English.
Also the code has a code-style to be understandable for English-speakers.
For the international collaboration just make a request, we hope we do our best to make it convenient.
