IRRI Traing Center - IS an online record processing system for the scholars and trainees of the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI).
In the past, IRRI has been having problems with manual records, these take too much human effort arranging the papers, searching archived records manually, editing the whole record etc. plus the problem of having scholars and trainees come from different parts of the world, every single one has to come to the country to register , verify, and update their records (name problems such as incorrect spelling are commonplace and therefore, names have to be verified by the S/Ts themselves), making an online system capable of doing common records management tasks will eradicate the said problems and be beneficial if not essential to maintain IRRI"s growing community of learners.
