This project is a library that is responsible to provide the maximum efficience to include CSS and JAVASCRIPT files into websites.
Imagine a project that you manage themes, skins, devices, and page sections for CSS and JS files... And now, imagine a library that can handle all these script files minifying them and building re-usable packages for end-user browser cache.
This application is fully configurable to create and manage packages os files for each website section, minify these packages and delivery to the end-user browser.
As a result of this project, you can navigate in a faster web application with less http requests for script files, easily add themes, skins and diferent layouts to your applications according to user device and media type.
Initialy, I´ve created a sample application using ZendFramework to work with HeadScripts. It´s a little bit boring set up the sample, but it´s worth. This lib IS NOT fully integrated with Zend, so you c
