New Version M2LE-Pipeline 1.1.16 Released
A new version of M2LE-Pipeline was just uploaded as of July 31, 2013. Documentation and description coming soon. The old version (M2LE v3) is deprecated but still available for download.
About
The M2LE molecule localization plug-in for ImageJ searches a stack of images for molecules and locates their positions. It was written during the summer of 2011 at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona as part of undergraduate research into super-resolution microscopy.
