meeqa is short for "Meega question/answer" system, and it is a project to provide question/answers for on-the-go learning with mobile devices (such as netbooks). Questions and answers are supplied to the user in the form of a Socratic dialog, or, more mundane (but useful!) exam-style questions. A learner"s progress is tracked by a central web server so that they can access as few or as many questions as they like from either a mobile device or from the web.
