Diplotyper is a fully automated tool which is available for Linux and Windows to investigate associations between a diplotype group and a phenotype in linear or logistic regression. It employed Haploview and PLINK tools. A haplotype clustering algorithm was designed and implemented, and the functions to produce all possible diplotype groups from the haplotype groups and to transform diplotypes into PLINK formats were implemented.
