The Flash Player does not natively allow AS3 and AS2 code to interact. Usually, if this requirement arises, developers use LocalConnection objects to communicated between the two files. However, this is not much use in many cases, where the AS2 files are legacy and cannot be modified.
This library removes the need to edit existing AS2 SWFs, and handles the communication seamlessly.
