This project can be used to evaluate how big and how comprehensive is an Integrated Data Repository (IDR). IDRs are data repositories used in medicine to store clinical, administrative, genetic, research or other data.
This work is related to a:
-generic IDR repository of any structure
-IDR using i2b2 as the underlying structure
-IDR using VDW as the underlying structure (Virtual Data Warehouse of HMO Research Network &
A related project to this is vMR-light - en effort to have an extremely simple structure to represent EHR data.

The long term goal is the IDR logic to run agains vMR-light - which will make it applicable to VDW and also i2b2. vMR-light is very close to i2b2 fact table.
