This is the result of a personal work : the constitution of a food-terminology using tools such as Faster, Yatea, acabit, some ressources like the umls and a corpora (nutrition leaflets, recipes etc.).
I put also the rapport of my work I made for the course of Thierry Hamon my teacher of terminology. My difficulties and my results are analyzed in it.
All is in french. Dealing with this language is a challenge in NLP because it has less resources than english.
