If you use a MinimOSD with your video feed and would like to have antenna tracking without another transmitter on your aircraft, this project is for you. Using optical character recognition, the latitude, longitude, and altitude are extracted from the video feed. This data, along with the location and direction the antenna is pointing, is then used to calculate the pan and tilt necessary for your antenna to point at the aircraft.
