Library for fully reversible cyrillic romanization algorithm specifically intended for use in URLs.
Transliterates characters of the three East Slavic languages: Ukrainian, Russian, Belorussian. Based on the Ukrainian transliteration scheme proposed by the TCNS of the Kyiv National University. Uses only 26-letter latin alphabet and three more symbols commonly used in URLs.
