Introduction
Project Feral was created in order to create a cross platform system for testing the stability / high availability of environments and the skills of staff to repair failures that are created.

Key Points
Project Feral will strive to accomplish the following goals:
1> Allow for "payload profiles" to be created. These will consist of platform specific scripts that will disable or modify specific components in order to cause failures.
2> Allow payload profiles to be deployed on target machines
3> Detailed logging of deployed profiles and "quick fix" reversal information.
4> Monitoring of MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and notification
5> Downloading of community created payloads
6> Ability to use 3rd party scripts from trouble-maker and other Chaos Monkey Engines
7> Implement a randomizer that will randomly cy
