This program is used at Big Brothers Big Sisters, to notify its user base of ticket/event information, and have them reserve any available spaces.
PLEASE NOTE: This project is currently in development stages, and will not be properly documented or completed until early 2008. Then I will be including the database scripts, as well as more complete "installation" steps.
