This framework is highly flexible and adaptable to your coding style. It does not lock you into any particular way of doing what you do except for cleaning up how things are put together. Furthermore, it provides a base file naming scheme to help work with fellow developers more easily as well as differentiate what file does what, although these naming schemes are not required. In fact, you can develop your own file name scheme and it would not matter to engineRoom.
The mission of this framework was to create a simple organized way to develop sites without having to know exactly how things work.
