The RiSC-16 Tools package consists of two programs, as and em, which are, respectively, an assembler of the RiSC-16 assembly language and a RiSC-16 emulator. Both of them implement only the basic RiSC-16 architecture, without extended instructions.
The programs are written in pure ISO C99, require no additional libraries or system-dependent features and should compile for a large variety of platforms.
