Acto is an ActionScript framework that features low-level abstractions such as request, context, page and command to allow developers create fast and solid web sites and applications.
The framework provides flexible and domain-specific development models and tools for view and controller tiers (as in MVC) such as property injection, handler wiring and state management.
While documentation is still being produced, you can get a heads up looking at the following minimalistic configuration example (the example is available for download here and live here):
