Using an L298 H-Bridge on an Arduino Protoshield to drive a 90 watt Thermo-Electric Cooling device. Temperature measurement is via LM335. The entire hardware package will be powered off from an automotive 12V 8A auxiliary power port. An LM338 is used to regulate automotive power (typically noisy and varying from 12V to 14 V) to a constant 12V supply for the TEC. This will limit the H Bridge duty cycle to approximately 65% max to stay under the 5 amp load limit (90W / 12V = 7.5A full load)
