This project is a step further in the early detection of small airway disease through a simple non-invasive measurement of lung function called Impulse Oscillometry (IOS). The application of time series analysis to the dynamical changes that take place in airway characteristics as measured by IOS has allowed us to create an application with high potential of widespread clinical applicability. This analysis goes beyond the standard calculation of Impedance, Resistance and Reactance of the airways as done in IOS and takes full advantage its high resolution, repeated measurements with minimally required patient compliance. The dynamical changes in these features have been found by us to be much more informative in capturing airway disease which is otherwise labelled as "controlled" by Spirometric, IOS and clinical evaluation. Notably such an observation has been supported by the findings of airway inflammation in "healthy", asymptomatic off-springs of asthmatic pare
