A script to non-destructively copy email from one imap server to another. It unifies various folders (i.e., multiple Trash and "Sent" and "Sent Mail", etc).
I wrote it in my effort to migrate my data out of Google"s greedy clutches
but it can be used to migrate from other ISP"s that provide IMAP access (other than dealing with potential duplicate folders (labels) used by gmail, there is nothing Google specific in the code).
I have only tested it on Gmail as a source and my own dovecot server as a destination. It may well not work for your situation.
