Disclaimer: these codes are not intended to be fool proof or user friendly. Use at your own risk and schedule plenty of debugging time.
At the moment the most useful (and usable) is probably the code for estimating erosional spatial patterns and histories from thermochron data (thermochron.detrital module). Contrary to the name, this module can be used with either detrital, or bedrock data (or both).
Additionally, there is an open source implementation of an apatite fission track annealing model (see Ketcham et al. papers starting 1999), which is not tested (anneal.py and AFTLmodel.c files in diffusion folder).
