Introduction
RapidSort is an easy to use, fast, open-source spike sorter for multi-channel neural recordings. RapidSort uses Gaussian mixture modeling to sort spiking data taken from extracellular electrodes (or any stereotyped, repeating time-series data snippets recorded from anywhere else.
