Be careful and backup your config before upgrading/installing because things are still changing.
System Requirements:
* OS: 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7
* Architecture: x86, x64
* .NET Framework 3.5+

Currently the installer is located in sgmanager-versionsetupindebugsetup.exe
I will separate things into separate files for Install and Source at a later data
