Changes the screen resolution to the preconfigured resolution and plays an swf file at that resolution.
This works great to play flash games at a smaller resolution to improve performance of the flash game as it only has to calculate the vector and other calculations for the newly adjusted resolution.
In the flash file use fscommand("quit"); to quit this application and restore the resolution to the one defined in the config.ini file.
