This program encodes/decodes 5-gram NATO Messages transmitted in the OTP22 Alternate Reality Game that have been encoded using p1-p4.txt. Download: * The newest version is available here: http://otpnato.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/Release/OTP.exe * The program will also be hosted on the Downloads tab, but may not be as up-to-date. * Source code for the project is available under the Source tab above. Features: * Encode messages using p1-p4.txt * Decode messages using p1-p4.txt * Find lines in p1-p4.txt that contain a 5-gram. Notes: * Encoding keyfiles must be exactly the right size and not have their line-end characters converted (should be LF only).
