This code stitches together images taken from a Prairie Confocal microscope. It can be modified to handle other situations where stitching is required. This algorithm is very simple: the user estimates the pixel location of where each image is located in tile, and the pixel error associated with that estimation. Program performs simple best fit with normxcorr2 around each proposed location.
