细胞形态模拟

Welcome to the artificial morphogenesis project. This software was started by Oliver Winks whilst working on his PhD at the University of Sussex. The software is a basic 2D simulation of differential genetic networks and cellular development, it is designed to be flexible and extendible so that it can be used in as many projects as possible related to artificial morphogenesis. At the moment it is very simple, but as it is extended for the various projects I will undertake throughout the course of my PhD it will hopefully become a very useful (not just to me but others as well!) tool.
