ErApp is a guise for a few applications.
Echo
A Windows, .NET 3.5, NTFS required, versioning and backup suite.
Echo is a personal (one machine) revision and backup suite that believes:
-Versioning and backups should be done as often as the file is saved.
-Versioning should be embedded in the file. (via alternate file streams)
-Browsing through versions should like be flipping through the Rolodex of a file"s history.
-No extraneous files means files that can be moved! (no .svn, no .cvs, no nothin!)
-Backups should be off site and completely automated. (Coming eventually)
-The UI for such a tool should be embedded as much as possible into the Windows UI.
-Diff is the way. (Specifically, the RSync algorithm. Thanks to the creators.)
-Services should be paid for. Hence, Apache license.
