Intended for SharePoint blog posts, but usefull for any Rich Text Field. The JavaScript file must be entered into the HTML part of a Content Query Web Part (CQWP) and placed at the bottom of the page. Can be set to hidden. Or you could add the script to your masterpage. Script has been updated to support more browsers.
