A framework for development of SOAP web services which supports execution of web services on a standalone servers or a clusters managed by DRMAA compatible cluster job management system. Also a collection Web Services for Bioinformatics. The framework features: * supports declarative limits for each web service * load balancer to decide whether to execute the job locally or send it to the cluster, if both local and the cluster executors are configured * an interface for execution statistics visualization The JABAWS web services can be deployed as a standalone Apache-Tomcat web application.
