qbordermatrix provides the command qbordermatrix as well as replacement of ordermatrix to construct more flexible and better border matrices. Two major problems exists in the original ordermatrix command by Donald Knuth: firstly, the border is hard coded to aselineskip height and secondly, the border is always at the top and left.
qbordermatrix fixes the standard border height problem and also provides flexible border selection. You can select any combination of the four borders to put them outside of the brackets. If you select none, the result would just like a plain matrix. If you select "north" and "west" sides, that would be same as the traditional ordermatrix.
Borrowing the idea from then manual "Math mode" by Herbert Voss, qbordermatrix also supports user-specified bracket types.
