FBS-dCME (Finite Buffer optimal State space enumeration-based direct solution of Chemical Master Equation) is a direct solution method for discrete chemical master equations of arbitrary biological reaction networks under mass conservation and given initial state. This software package includes all the component programs for enumerating state space, constructing transition rate matrix, numerical solver of steady state probability landscape and time evolution, and a few examples and Perl and R scripts for parsing results and plotting figures.
