Main aim of this project is develop virtual biological laboratory by bridging molecular and cellular levels by means of interactions (cell-cell, molecule-molecule, cell-molecule) and state changes. Editor of virtual experiments and time simulation of this experiments should mimic (or maybe predict) basic biological phenomenons. Mainly cell shapes and development of cellular micro-environment will be taken into account.
