If you want to use the Wikipedia offline on your iPhone or iPod touch you need the software Wiki2Touch and some binary datafiles for the Wikipedia in your language. We offer the scripts to generate these binary files.
For the large Wikipedias it takes several days to compile the binary files. Here you can download precompiled files and upload them to your device without installing perl, .Net and LaTeX.
In a constant process we are improving the scripts to get as close to the online Wikipedia as possible - yet 100% will be impossible. But for some languages we are almost at 98%.
