Code for Systems Biology
This open source project represents a variety of software technologies developed at the Institute for Systems Biology (ISB). All of the software is developed to support on-going research projects at ISB, and involving external collaborations (academic and commercial). All of the code is made available "AS IS" under open source licenses (e.g. Apache v2.0, LGPL).
