Pubmed Manual Tagger is a simple graphical editor/tagger for Pubmed abstracts that uses a dictionary-like approach. It makes easier the creation of personalised annotated text corpora for text-mining. It allows user to download abstracts from PubMed database, automatically recognise most terms, add and remove other annotations, and save it as a xml for future use in text-mining applications.
