These are the source files I used to import and export contacts from me NOKIA phone. Steps are there in README. Enjoy.
Details:
vcard-import-export will help you import export contacts not only to and from VCards (any one can do that :) but directly into sqlite3 database and csv files which will make them 1000 times more managable. Try it if you really need so much power over your contacts. I did.
