Summary
This is XML converter. It takes XML with currencies exchange rates from www.cbr.ru and converts rates and XML to format like www.ecb.int-output.
This conversion is required for Internet-shops at Russia, because official exchange rates are set by www.cbr.ru, but VirtueMart takes exchange rates only in www.ecb.int-format.
English installation manuals and other docs are useless for this project
Potential users of this program are Russian-speaking and rarely want to read English pages.
