This can be used in research projects where, you may have an algorithm to generate Blue-noise points on a constant density but may not be able to re-distribute them according to a given density function. This project inputs a pointset, which maybe having very good spectral and spatial properties and re-distributes them according to a density of the image. This can be used as an application to researchers looking for generating good quality stippling using their point-set.
