Project Summary
A consistent and up-to-date scheduling system for part-time, temporary, and contracted employees so they have access to their schedules and can be notified of events ahead of time. In addition to access, employees should be able to request modifications to their schedules for availability, additional work, and emergencies.
Features
Employees can access their schedule from the existing website.
Users may login with a variety of security levels (Ex. Employee’s cannot manually change their own schedules).
Supervisors and department heads will be able to create new employees with various security levels below their own.
Easy to use schedule creation interface.
Various schedule views (day/week/month, horizontal/vertical orientation).
Varying levels of detail for views and reports depending on need.
