TankStats is an Aquarium stats management program.
Deisnged primarily to run on Linux under Apache, using Gnuplot for graphing and SQLite3 as the database backend.
It can store log/note entries for your aquarium time and date stamped so you know when you did something.
It can also store various water statistics and make graphs for them.
If you own a Neptune Systems Apex controller, you can also have the program poll the Apex regularly for data collection.
