The program Woobind Network Meter is designed to keep track of the Dial Up and LAN connections traffic and taxing.
Key features:
* Accounting of LAN and Dial Up traffic
* Checking availability of the network (ping). This feature is useful for those users who access the Internet via a LAN or modem
* Multilingual user interface
* Pop-up mini-window with information about current traffic
* Maintain statistics regarding use of traffic by day, week, month
Initially the program was designed for users who go online via GPRS, CDMA or 3G-modem.

* Fixed bug, in consequence of which the program crashed on startup on some systems
* Modified network response indication (ping)

* Changed look of the system tray popup window and ad
