Business rules:
Customers will register/place orders with the company.
Order will be delivered to customers.
Deliverers will require a route to deliver to as well as know the number of households their delivery consists of.
A subscription order can be placed for a newspaper or magazine or both, and may be valid for a certain period of time. e.g. daiily/weekly/monthly etc.
High-level goals:
To be able to print and review delivery lists.
To obtain summaries of newspapers/magazines required, as well as those returned that were not delivered.
Delivery lists should be organized by location, which would make it easier for the deliverers.
Customers should not be charged for deliveries they did not receive.
