Click the downloads tab to get Mercurial nightly builds. Currently only the windows builds are being generated.
We build the following at midnight eastern time:
stable - http://selenic.com/repo/hg-stable
dev - http://selenic.com/repo/hg
crew - http://hg.intevation.org/mercurial/crew
